Naturally Excel offers a retained support service, so that we can be your on-call, remote Excel support. In order to save money, you can engage our retained support instead of contracting expensive contractors or permanent employees.
How does it work?
Retained support is offered on an annual contractual basis with 30-day payment terms and 2 month’s written notice for cancellation. The benefits of the annual contract are that you will be given a 20% discount on the standard hourly rate * (please contact us for more details) and priority over bespoke projects.
The Retainer will be increased to include time utilised on client work, if the minimum threshold is met on a monthly basis, moving forward. Please contact us for more details about this.
We will invoice you monthly and all invoices include a detailed time-sheet. We can also create separate invoices for different departments.
Hours of service
8am to 7pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. This doesn’t include bank holidays. With prior agreement we can agree on weekend, bank holiday and work expected to exceed 8 hours per day.
